Q: Do you back order items?

A: If the item will be in at a later date and you can wait,we will back order. If an item is out of stock the Foot Paths Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item,or if you can wait. A full refund will be done at once if we cannot fill your order.

Q: Are there Foot Paths gift certificates and/or gift cards?

A:  Yes. Type gift card in the search box and it will take you to the purchase page.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Foot Paths accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners club and JCB for all orders. We also accept Paypal. We do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

How can I track my order?

A: When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking on the link, you can see the status of your package and estimated time of arrival. If there is any questions or concerns, you can contact us at sales@footpathsshoes.com and we will gladly assist you as soon as possible. 


Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours. 

 Q: How can I return by mail?

A: Log into your account and enter your order number and shipping zip code. Select the item you are returning along with a detailed slip on why you're returning the item. Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box and drop it off at any US post office or shipping service(UPS store,etc.).
